Our Process, Your Success

Investing in your managers and team is investing in your growth. Here’s what our process looks like for companies wanting to bring their workforce to the next level.

Discovery Call

The first step of our process is a complimentary 1-hour conversation. This allows us to identify the strengths, gaps, and challenges that are facing your business (along with sharing a bit on what we can do to help).

Proposal & Action Plan

After your needs are articulated, we devise a plan for getting you where you want to be. For some situations, such as high turnover or gaps in entry-level roles, shorter time frames are better suited. The focus is on your business—action plans are always built to suit your organization’s needs.


Following review and any necessary amendments, your action plan is launched with one of our talented consultants. Action plans are reviewed halfway (or as needed) for alignment with your needs. Following success, there are two options for your team:
  1. Start a new action plan once the previous one has been completed (focusing on new strategic items).
  2. Transition into the Oversight stage.


After action plan(s) have been completed and the strategies have been handed off to your team, we are eager to provide continual support to your organization. Strategic support is provided as needed, which may include additional HR framework building, such as defining your onboarding process, developing your performance management framework, and HR advisory support.


We’ve made it a whole year! Now, we review your organization’s HR or Talent Management requirements anew and send a survey to your organization for feedback on the support they’ve received from River City HR.
